As Israel faces ongoing challenges, COJECO, the central hub for the Russian-speaking Jewish (RSJ) community in New York, is organizing a solidarity and volunteering mission to Israel from June 29 to July 4, 2025. Supported by the UJA-Federation of NY, this mission offers a unique opportunity to provide hands-on support to those impacted by the October 7th attacks.
Participants will stay in Tel Aviv and travel to hard-hit communities in the south and north of Israel, meeting with displaced families, volunteering in affected areas, and receiving briefings from Knesset members, journalists, and security experts. The itinerary also includes a day in Jerusalem, featuring discussions RSJ leaders and visits to significant sites.
COJECO has long been a pillar of the RSJ community, fostering Jewish identity and connection through leadership programs, cultural initiatives, and Israel engagement. By joining this mission, participants will stand in solidarity with Israel while directly contributing to those in need.
Program cost starts at $1,545 per person (double occupancy). Flights and additional meals are not included.
